The bail application of Fateh Ullah Burki was rejected earlier today at Anti-Terrorism Court – II Islamabad by Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra. 

Fateh Ullah Burki is still at the Federal Judicial Complex, Islamabad, and hasn’t surrendered to the Police yet. 

Police officials are still at the complex in numbers to arrest prime accused Fateh Ullah Burki. Interim Pre-arrest bail of the rest of the accused stands confirmed.

The bail petition of Fateh Ullah Burki has been fixed for today in the court of CJ IHC Amer Farooq with objections. 

The unavailability of the petitioner in person & absence of fingerprints are the objections raised by the Registrar’s office, Burki is still at the Islamabad Bar Council office Federal Judicial Complex.

Update on Fateh Ullah Burki’s Bail Rejection

Justice Saman Riffat of IHC reserved the order of Burki’s bail petition. She also endorsed objections raised by the registrar’s office.

Meanwhile, police at the Complex are still waiting to arrest Burki from the IBC office at the complex.
