President of PMLN & current Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif congratulated the newly elected members of the National and Provincial Assemblies in the by-elections.

He mentioned that this results in bye elections indicate the public’s trust.

The most surprising results of the by-elections emerged from Gujrat and Bajaur.

Former Chief Minister of Punjab, Pervez Elahi, faced defeat in Gujrat, while his son, Moonis Elahi, faced defeat in Lahore.

In the by-elections, Kaisera Elahi spent the whole day busy, stating, “Politics aside, the biggest sorrow for any sister is when the bond of brotherhood is broken. Chaudhry Shujaat, will these seats go to the grave with you because you buried the fundamental eastern values?”

Regarding the “humorous” aspect of the PP-32 Gujrat by-election, despite all the rigging in the February 8 general elections, Chaudhry Salik received 56,000 votes, but in the same by-election, the government candidate, Musa Elahi, received 70,000 votes.

Since the motion of no confidence, the district of Gujrat is being treated like an occupied territory. Therefore, it seems unfair to consider the national and provincial elections in Gujrat transparent.

Meanwhile, in the district of Bajaur in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, surprising results also emerged where in NA-8 Bajaur, Azad Hope candidate Rehan Zeb won by obtaining 74,800 votes, successful in both national and provincial seats.

Above all it is also important that Internet was also suspended in those constituency where by elections were held in 21 April 2024.Surprised Results in the By-Election 2024

Complaints of endless rigging have again arisen in the by-elections of April 21, especially from Punjab, with complaints of fake ballot papers in Gujarat and the relentless use of government machinery to exclude candidates through consolidation from various constituencies and offices, all reminiscent of the rigging of the February 8 elections.”
